VENUE

TIME

1.00pm - 2.00pm

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused many businesses to dramatically adjust to accommodate remote working arrangements.  Over the years, many workplace arrangements have come about to suit a range of needs such as open plan offices, hot-desking and flexible working. The need to work remotely was accelerated by government responses to addressing the pandemic. Given the uncertainty, no one knows if we can even return to situation ‘normal’.  In this presentation BDO People Advisory Partner, David Yong, will discuss the impact of these developments on the concept of an ‘office’ post COVID-19. The presentation will draw on contemporary observations as well as experiences of the group to arrive at a set of critical success factors for working effectively in the future.
