Mediation Re-Accreditation Form
AIFLAM is a Recognised Mediation Accreditation Body (RMAB) registered with the Mediator Standards Board and supporting the National Mediation Standards (NMAS).
Please complete the Accreditation Form, complete and return to have AIFLAM as your RMAB.
Re-Accreditation is required every two years to maintain your Mediation status. You will be sent a re-accreditation form prior to your expiration date.
