Meqa’s experience spans twenty years and three countries and is almost evenly split between corporate HR and SME marketing consulting.

Her self-employment journey started after a series of events including a redundancy, short-term contracting and a divorce-inspired country move during the GFC saw her hit the brick wall that is the traditional recruitment process and she couldn’t get a job. 

Looking back, she says this unique background has perfectly prepared her to offer a fresh perspective on all things Talent Acquisition. She now consults with C-Suite, Founders, HR and TA teams to help them win the war for talent by breaking the script and getting Talent Ready™.
