JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa, the Gold Coast luxury resort, offers a redefined coastal venue for memorable occasions. The conference level located on level two of the property.

The JW Ballroom is a elegant sophistication and unique conferencing venue, featuring 715sqm of pillarless space with 6m high ceilings.

GETTING AROUND

The Gold Coast, Australia’s 6th largest city, boasts 2400km of pathways, making it highly walkable and bike-friendly. However, its 400km span makes walking alone impractical.

Southport, Broadbeach, Surfers Paradise, Burleigh, and Coolangatta are the most walkable suburbs, linked by pedestrian-friendly streets. The 36km Gold Coast Oceanway follows the coastline, offering scenic views, parks, beaches, amenities, and cafés.

Public transport is safe and convenient, with buses, trains, and G:link trams on the Translink network. A Go Card, available at 7-Eleven, stations, and select stores, offers easy travel. G:link trams accept Smart Ticketing, and the Go Explore card provides unlimited daily travel for $10 ($5 for kids).

The conference app is your essential tool for navigating AICM 2025, providing access to the full agenda, session details, and social events. You will receive an email with instructions on how to download the app closer to the event.

Use the app to select favourite sessions, connect with attendees, explore speaker profiles, and engage with exhibitors - Visit 15 or more booths and go in the draw to win complimentary registration to the 2026 National Conference.

Participate in activities to earn points and compete on the leaderboard for credit vouchers. ACCOMMODATION

Onsite accommodation is available at JW Marriott. There are discounted accommodation rates for conference delegates - but room numbers at these rates are strictly limited.
