Getting Around ADELAIDE

Adelaide is home to an efficient, citywide transport network, including free tram travel within the City Centre.

The closest tram stop is located right in front of the historic Adelaide Railway Station, which is just a two minute walk from the Adelaide Convention Centre.

In addition, three main taxi companies operate in the Adelaide metropolitan area and can be booked for pick up or drop off from our North Terrace and Morphett Street Bridge (West Building) entrances. For guests departing the Centre, a taxi rank is located on North Terrace, right on the Centre’s doorstep.

Uber is also in operation within Adelaide providing another convenient mode of transport.

Airlines

As airlines are regularly changing and updating schedules we recommend you check each airlines web site for the best prices and most convenient flights.

Adelaide Metro also offers a convenient JetBus service to Glenelg, West Beach and the City, servicing all stops en route.
JetBus is a Metro card service. Metro cards can be purchased from the airport ticket vending machine at the bus stop. The machine takes coins, notes and eftpos.

ACCOMMODATION.

Onsite accommodation is not available at the Adelaide Convention Centre, however it's central location means that there are 3,500 hotel rooms within a five minute walk of the Convention Centre and 6,000 rooms within the wider CBD.

Visit the Accommodation tab for more information.
