We look forward to welcoming you to the AVETRA 2026 Conference! 
You can choose to attend the whole conference or just one day!

Full time & part-time enrolled applied or academic research students at any level who are undertaking research in VET can email AVETRA with evidence of their enrolment for a discount code.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Refunds will not be provided if you are no longer able to attend the conference for unsubstantiated reason*. Your ticket may be transferred to a colleague from your organisation, provided they are eligible for the ticket type you have purchased. Transfers will not be provided for tickets purchased after 13th April 2026. Contact us to organise a transfer.
  • We will be checking tickets purchased to confirm the correct ticket type has been purchased and reserve the right to seek proof of eligibility where appropriate. Students should register using their academic email. If an incorrect ticket type has been purchased, we will contact you to organise payment for the balance owing.
  • AVETRA will share your contact information with event sponsors unless you indicate otherwise during the registration process.
  • AVETRA reserves the right to use any photos or video footage from the event in publications and promotions or for commercial use.

*Circumstances beyond your control, including government-imposed travel restrictions or widespread commercial flight cancellations, may be considered grounds for a refund or credit to a future conference at the discretion of the organising committee. Please contact us if you are affected.
