Registration Terms and Conditions

1. Early Bird Registration. Payments for early bird registration must be made by 28 July 2023. If early bird fees have not been received by this date, advance fees will apply.
2. Payment options for registration is by credit card only. 
3. Cancellation/Refunds. Please choose carefully. Cancellations made before 30 August 2023, will receive a full refund on registration fee minus an administrative fee of $50. Any cancellations made after date will not be refunded. No transfers possible. Cancellations must be requested in writing to conference@aluca.com.
4. COVID-19 impact on event. If the event is affected by COVID-19 and needs to be postponed or converted to an online only event, your ticket and any registration fees paid will be valid for when the event goes ahead at a future date in person or virtually.
