2020 CONFERENCE DELEGATE INFORMATION

Delegates who paid to attend the cancelled 2020 conference and did not have their tickets refunded, receive complimentary registration for the 2022 AVETRA Conference. You will still need to register for AVETRA 22 in order to access the conference. Please contact us to receive a code to bring your ticket to $0. 

No further substitutions or refunds will be offered to these delegates.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Refunds will not be provided if you are no longer able to attend the conference for unsubstantiated reason. Your ticket may be transferred to a colleague from your organisation, provided they are eligible for the ticket type you have purchased. Transfers will not be provided for tickets purchased after 31 March 2022. Contact us to organise a transfer.
  • We will be checking tickets purchased to confirm the correct ticket type has been purchased and reserve the right to seek proof of eligibility where appropriate. Students should register using their academic email. If an incorrect ticket type has been purchased, we will contact you to organise payment for the balance owing.
  • AVETRA will share your contact information with event sponsors if you have provided consent for this as part of the registration process.
  • AVETRA reserves the right to use any photos or video footage from the event in publications and promotions or for commercial use.
