Self-assurance – focusing on quality and continuous improvement

This session will take you through ASQA’s co-designed self-assurance model and how providers can manage their operations to ensure a focus on quality, continuous improvement and ongoing compliance with the Standards.

Led by the Executive Director of Market Performance and Engagement, who is responsible for the efficient and effective operation of ASQA’s regulatory tools and functions relating to registered training organisations, this session will focus on:

  • Self-assurance practices for providers to support quality outcomes
  • ASQA’s priorities for 2022-23 and its program of work
  • The 2023 Annual Declaration of Compliance
