TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Full refunds are available if notified 60 days prior to the event. (14th March 2024)
  • Refunds will not be provided if you are no longer able to attend the conference for unsubstantiated reason. Your ticket may be transferred to a colleague from your organisation, provided they are eligible for the ticket type you have purchased. Transfers will not be provided for tickets purchased after 31 March 2023. Contact us to organise a transfer.
  • We will be checking tickets purchased to confirm the correct ticket type has been purchased and reserve the right to seek proof of eligibility where appropriate. Students should register using their academic email. If an incorrect ticket type has been purchased, we will contact you to organise payment for the balance owing.
  • Student tickets are only valid for students currently studying in Allied Health or Therapeutic Horticulture.
  • THA will share your contact information with event sponsors unless you indicate otherwise during the registration process.
  • THA reserves the right to use any photos or video footage from the event in publications and promotions or for commercial use.
